The accommodation of 40 sqm is equipped for 2 persons (+ baby) in a recently restored chestnut dryer, set in spacious surroundings.
It comprises one large bedroom, shower room, separate toilets, Kitchen/living area with fully equipped modern appliances. The accommodation is made of local stone and wood. Central heating (€20/week) is available, making it suitable for use all year around.
The property is situated five minutes drive from Thueyts (N102 between LE PUY and AUBENAS). It is 2 km from the N102 and 2.5 km from the river Ardèche. It lies in the heart of a small valley with magnificent views of the Ardèche mountains and thickly wooded hillsides.
